1.
Park hours: 7am-9pm
2. Use at own risk. Owners are responsible and liable for
the actions and behavior of their dogs at all times. Owners
waive liability to the city for any injury or damage caused
by pet during any time in the off leash site.
3. POOP MUST BE PICKED UP! Bags and trash cans are available.
4. No food or smoking. Bite-sized treats only. The presence
of food may cause aggressive behavior in the dogs and cigarette
butts are harmful to the dogs if they are eaten.
5. Shoes must be worn at all times inside the park.
6. Dogs must be accompanied by an adult at all times inside
the park. Owners must have a leash for each dog. Dogs must
be on leash until inside the area.
7. Dogs MUST have rabies vaccination tags displayed on the
dog. No puppies without complete course of vaccinations.
8. Owners must remove any pinch, prong or spiked collars before
entering fenced area.
9. No more than three dogs per person.
10. No female dogs in heat.
11. No children under age 12.
12. Bring your own dog water & bowls if you prefer. Water
is available.
13. No glass, littering, or motorized equipment. Place all
trash in appropriate receptacles.
14. Dogs with a history of inflicting bite injury must wear
a muzzle.
15. Off leash does NOT mean permission to be out of control.
Owners must stop dogs from digging and mist fill in any hole
created by their dog(s).
16. Dogs and owners creating a problem must leave when requested.
Owners must immediately leash and remove dogs from the dog
park at the first sign of aggression, hostile, or combative
behavior.
17. Climbing on or over the fence is not permitted.
18. This is a community park. Please have fun and come unleashed!
